Stainless Steel Pleated Filter Element

Pleated Filter Elementalso named sintered Pleated Filter Element  is made from five layers sintered wire cloth mesh , which include protective layer, control layer dispersion layer and two reinforcing mesh. The multi-layers sintered wire mesh are overlapped together before they are sintered in a vacuum sintering furnace. Then the sintered wire mesh is rolled into a cylindrical with components for two ends welded together. They can be processing into different shapes such as circular, cartridge, cone, pleats. Its filtration ration ranges from 2 micron to 200 micron.
