Replacement Filter Elements

Replacement Filter Elements also named sintered cylindrical filter is made from five layers sintered wire cloth mesh , which include protective layer, control layer dispersion layer and two reinforcing mesh.Then the sintered wire mesh is rolled into a cylindrical with components for two ends welded together. They can be processing and produced in a variety of geometries, including conical (filter cone), cylindrical (filter candle/filter cartridge),pleats.
   
Hebei Geluorui Filter uses sinter metal filter mesh media with filter grades .The structures built from laid and sintered fibers. In addition, they exhibit high porosity and dust holding capacity and can be pleated. Wire meshes layer are available with different weaves (plain woven mesh,twill mesh, Dutch weave, etc.) and are characterized by clearly defined gap sizes, determined by the wire diameters and the weave. Its filtration ration ranges from 2 micron to 200 micron.
